losses to the Chinese Government, agrees to effectually cease, at the signature of agreement, all the liquidation of German properties, and on receipt of the af indemnity, and after the ratification of the agreement, agrees to return to Gr. owners all the proceeds from the liquidation of German property and all the property still under sequestration.

The aforesaid procedure shall be considered as a settlement of all the m concerning the liquidation, sequestration or control of German property, as start the second sentence of article 133 of the Versailles Treaty.

As to the Deutsch-Asiatische Bank and the Ching-Hsin Mining Corporation, t Chinese authorities concerned will discuss methods of settlement with the bank a the corporation themselves; the unliquidated premises of the said bank in P and Hankow will, however, be returned to the original owner in accordance with procedure stated above.
